The trend in the rental market continues to be very competitive; and the average time on the rental market is less than one week. The high demand for rental housing is due to an influx of intended residents looking for housing as they arrive on Oahu, as well as a surge in military personnel, who are also competing for off-base housing. Added to the mix is a wave of professionals who have taken residence on Oahu, enjoying their newfound remote working lifestyle.
As we expand our service we have brought on a new associate Paula Ota (RA), who is an experienced real estate advisor and a professional photographer. She joins our firm with a background in business and communications and is a welcome addition to our team. Paula's journey in real estate began in 2011, when she started shooting real estate & marketing photos. She eventually obtained her license in 2014 because she enjoys helping clients along the path of homeownership. As a full-service property manager she will continue to serve clients with their investment property.
