We manage single family homes, condos, town homes and apartment buildings. As active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community we stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Charene Davis comes from four generations of family residing in Hawaii; her grandparents were prominent business leaders in the floral industry here on Oahu. Upon obtaining degrees in interior design and journalism, Charene relocated here from California to settle with her family. She has one son, Wyland, who is practicing chiropractic care.
Charene launched her own professional staging and interior design company in 2004 and has been assisting Realtors, sellers and homeowners for the past 17 years—when it comes to preparing properties for sale and interior design. Charene's experience as a professional stager benefits landlords & sellers in highlighting the true value of a property.
With 19 years combined experience in both residential sales and property management, Charene joined Choice Advisors Property Management as its Principal Broker in 2020. She has discovered that the key to unlocking the highest potential for a rental property is in providing exceptional service and nurturing working relationships.

Born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam, Erin graduated with a degree in English Literature and ventured into real estate in 2020 under a seasoned agent with two decades of experience. Starting as a listing coordinator, she swiftly transitioned into property management, embracing the opportunity to serve clients in a new capacity. With a warm and outgoing demeanor, Erin is driven by a genuine desire to assist others.
Masahiko "Masa" Tachibana was born in Tokyo and raised in Toyota city in Aichi Pref. He graduated from Kogakuin University in Tokyo with a degree in Industrial Chemistry. After he moved to Hawaii in 1983, he also graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a degree in Business Management. Masa worked in the retail business giving him great experiences as a General Manager for over 20 years.
From those 20+ years, he found that sales is not just selling. He learned the most important fact is how much we can satisfy our customers. Having good communication and establishing a trusting relationship with them is his mission. He believes that his sales experiences in the retail business help him to provide his clients best services.
Valerie was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her parents, being first-generation Americans, instilled a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty in her daily life from the time she was a very young child, and it is an important part of who she is today. When not busy working, you can find Valerie exercising outdoors and spending time with her family enjoying the mountains and the ocean. She holds a degree from the University of Hawaii, Manoa and has 13 years of accounting experience.
